Engineering Steels
Our standard product range is impressive, encompassing an exceptionally wide range of carbon and alloy engineering steels including bright drawn, turned bar, hot rolled black bar, and forging billets, all in heat treated condition if required, while non-standards and special items can be supplied rapidly and reliably, demonstrating our renowned flexibility as a steel stockholder.
In fact, by establishing a network of links with an array of leading UK and international steel makers we’re able to source and supply virtually any product, either in long lengths or cut pieces.
Our carbide circular saws and band saws – each one fully automatic – are ranging in capacity from 10 to 558 mm diameter. For sizes above 558 mm we use a subcontractor.
Naturally, we’re committed to supplying quality assured products. We operate a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015, supplying prime certified carbon and alloy steels purchased from approved sources. For added assurance a material testing and analysis service is available.
