Drilling

Painted components are dried through our drying tunnel and emerge ready for further processing on to our Sawing and Drilling line. The Band Saws are fitted with latest technology that uses a unique system to adjust the saw blade angle during the cut, resulting in a very fast accurate clean cut.

The drill is a high performance 3 axis CNC drill and is fitted with powerful drives to allow drilling with carbide tooling, tapping countersinking and contouring marking and a range of milling options.
